Kevin Moyer

Kevin has been licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana, the Northern District of Indiana and the Southern District of Indiana since 1998. He received his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. He attended law school on a part-time basis while working full-time for a commercial property and casualty insurance company as both a property and general liability claims representative. Following his admission to the Indiana bar, Kevin briefly served as corporate counsel to an insurance company before entering the private practice of law.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Indiana Central University (now known as the University of Indianapolis) in 1985. Following college graduation, Kevin worked for several insurance companies as a claims representative, marketing representative and corporate counsel. During this employment period, Kevin was able to obtain his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation.

Kevin and his wife, Stacey, live in downtown Indianapolis with their English bulldog, Duno. They are the proud parents of two adult sons whom they affectionately refer to as “Nighthawk” and “Dragon”. When not practicing law, Kevin enjoys his free time on the water or on a golf course, overeating at a good restaurant or watching a sporting event.
